Quack

For my presentation, I choose to write about my trip to Chicago. While in Chicago I got a chance to visit the famous Chicago Oriental Institute Museum. It was really cool and I saw some mummies on racks. However, the thing that stood out most in my mind was all the ancient Duck artifacts. I have included them below for your enjoyment.

It seems the ancients enjoyed ducks as much as we do today. I think we have a lot to learn from ducks, as they are more interested in sex and food than war and evil. If everyone was more interested in food and sex the world would be a better place. I learned a lot on my trip and I hope you learned a lot too. I hope you enjoyed my short presentation and that Mrs. McGuffy gives me an A so I don't fail because of my "lack of focus." Thank you!

  1. William,
I am confused by your presentation considering that our field trip was to the Baker's dairy farm. As you should recall from our science class, duck's milk tastes acidic and therefore duck's make terrible farm animals. Maybe if you were less focused on sex and food and more focused on programing the GPS in your Pidgey to fly you to the correct location, you would have been able to learn lots of fun facts about dairy cows. At least during this presentation you did not turn into a zombie half way through and try to eat Stacey's lunchables. That is certainly commendable.

P.S. "I think we have a lot to learn from ducks, as they are more interested in sex and food than war and evil." is probably the most insightful thing anyone has ever said.

  2. William,

Your presentation was very good. A few notes: I wanted more. Where do ducks come from? How do they communicate with one another? What do ducks do when they aren't being grilled on a barbecue? What do sesame duck burgers taste like? Why do so many people prefer eating chicken over duck? Also where am I? Is this a Burger King? How did I get here? Did I drink too much last night and go hoboing around the city again?

    A+
